Ky \u00ebsht\u00eb Panairi i 18 q\u00eb zhvillohet radhazi n\u00eb qytetin e Tiran\u00ebs nga Shoqata e Botuesve Shqiptar\u00eb, e cila organizon Panairin e Librit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs qysh prej vitit 1998 dhe ka treguar tashm\u00eb se \u00ebsht\u00eb nj\u00eb organizatore efikase e aktivitetit m\u00eb t\u00eb madh vjetor p\u00ebr librin, duke sh\u00ebnuar rezultate n\u00eb rritje nga viti n\u00eb vit, dhe duke siguruar k\u00ebshtu vijim\u00ebsin\u00eb e Panairit t\u00eb Librit t\u00eb Tiran\u00ebs dhe p\u00ebrkrahjen e gjer\u00eb t\u00eb tij. Organizimi i tij \u00ebsht\u00eb ngjarja m\u00eb e madhe kulturore n\u00eb pasqyrimin e veprimtaris\u00eb librore q\u00eb zhvillohet jo vet\u00ebm brenda kufijve t\u00eb Shqip\u00ebris\u00eb, por n\u00eb gjith\u00eb hap\u00ebsir\u00ebn shqiptare: Kosov\u00eb, Maqedoni, Mali i Zi dhe diaspor\u00eb. Panairi i Librit do t\u00eb shnd\u00ebrrohet n\u00eb nj\u00eb ngjarje t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme kulturore p\u00ebr bot\u00ebn shqiptare, q\u00eb do t\u00eb ket\u00eb si objekt paraqitjen e botimeve m\u00eb t\u00eb mira t\u00eb hedhura n\u00eb qarkullim n\u00eb harkun kohor t\u00eb nj\u00eb viti n\u00ebntor 2014-n\u00ebntor 2015. Ky panair do t\u00eb bashkoj\u00eb t\u00eb gjith\u00eb njer\u00ebzit q\u00eb merren me letrat shqipe: autor\u00ebt, botuesit, lexuesit, p\u00ebrkthyesit, p\u00ebrfaq\u00ebsuesit e shtypit dhe t\u00eb medias etj, me synimin p\u00ebr t\u00eb krijuar e zhvilluar kontakte tradicionale midis tyre, duke synuar promovimin dhe nxitjen e leximit n\u00eb masat e gjera, ve\u00e7an\u00ebrisht te t\u00eb rinjt\u00eb, n\u00eb kushtet e munges\u00ebs s\u00eb sistemit t\u00eb shp\u00ebrndarjes s\u00eb librit n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb. Tema e Panairit t\u00eb sivjetsh\u00ebm do t\u00eb jet\u00eb: \u201cE ardhmja e librit digjital n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri\u201d. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb kuad\u00ebr, Shoqata e Botuesve Shqiptar\u00eb, organizatore e Panairit, ka menduar edhe dy aktivitete p\u00ebr librin dixhital, nj\u00eb konferenc\u00eb dhe nj\u00eb workshop praktik p\u00ebr prodhimin e librit apo dizajnit t\u00eb librit t\u00eb digjitalizuar. Gjithashtu s\u00eb bashku me Vodafone Albania, do t\u00eb shpallet projekti p\u00ebr leximin n\u00ebp\u00ebrmjet telefonit dhe p\u00ebrdorimit t\u00eb teknologjive t\u00eb reja t\u00eb leximit edhe n\u00eb Shqip\u00ebri. Gjat\u00eb 5 dit\u00ebve t\u00eb Panairit do t\u00eb organizohen aktivitete t\u00eb shumta. Krahas \u00e7mimeve tradicionale t\u00eb p\u00ebrvitshme t\u00eb Panairit, k\u00ebt\u00eb vit do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb \u00e7mim t\u00eb ve\u00e7ant\u00eb p\u00ebrkthimi \u201cFan.S.Noli\u201d, q\u00eb do t\u00eb jet\u00eb figura q\u00eb do t\u00eb nderohet k\u00ebt\u00eb vit, me rastin edhe t\u00eb 50-vjetorit t\u00eb vdekjes. N\u00eb Panairin e 18 t\u00eb Librit do t\u00eb marrin pjes\u00eb rreth 100 sht\u00ebpi botuese vendase e t\u00eb huaja, institucione t\u00eb arsimit t\u00eb lart\u00eb, dhe organizata t\u00eb tjera q\u00eb punojn\u00eb me librin. N\u00eb k\u00ebt\u00eb Panair do t\u00eb ket\u00eb nj\u00eb pjes\u00ebmarrje t\u00eb gjer\u00eb t\u00eb ambasadave e institucioneve t\u00eb huaja n\u00eb vendin ton\u00eb, duke i dh\u00ebn\u00eb k\u00ebsaj ngjarjeje kaq t\u00eb r\u00ebnd\u00ebsishme p\u00ebr vendin ton\u00eb nj\u00eb karakter nd\u00ebrkomb\u00ebtar.
